Abstract
A microscopic theoretical model is considered to explain the dynamic p roperties of magnetic system of Ho0.4Y2.6Fe5O12 The model hamiltonian contains the exchange interaction between the iron spins, the antiferr omagnetic exchange interaction between the iron spins and the rare-ear th Ising spins and the Zeeman energy. The experimentally observed anom alies of magnetic resonance are found to appear due to strong fluctuat ions of the rare-earth Ising spins and their maximal spin-lattice rela xation in the vicinity of magnetic phase transition.
