U. Kucharska et J. Maslowska, DETECTION OF ENZYMATIC-HYDROLYSIS PRODUCTS OF SELECTED ACYL AMINE DERIVATIVES BY CHROMATOGRAPHY, Chemia Analityczna, 42(4), 1997, pp. 545-553
Selected hydrolytic enzymes have been used to develop mild conditions
for the hydrolysis of acyl derivatives of amines. Either activation or
inhibition of enzymes by amines, organic acids or aminoacids used for
detecting and determining trace quantities of their compounds. The re
sults of determination of the hydrolysis products with the use of oxyd
oreductases have been compared with used until now chemical methods. P
eroxidase and dehydrogenases such as alcohol (AIDH), lactate (LDH), is
ocitrate (ICDH), aldehyde (AdDH) and glutamate (GLDH) make possible to
determine amines and organic acids with sensitivities 10-100 times be
tter than using chemical methods.
