Abstract
Adsorptive voltammetric determination of vitamin B-12, as cobalt, afte r the destruction of the organic structure by UV irradiation, was desc ribed. alpha-Benzildioxime was used as a chelating agent. The possibil ity of application of this method to sheep blood plasma spiked with vi t. B-12 was presented. The RSD was found to be 3%, and detection limit for Co was 0.01 mu g l(-1).
