Abstract
A case of neurofibromatosis type 1 in a baby girl of 5 months is repor ted. The clinical features showed by the patient are: cafe au lait spo ts, a plexiform neurofibroma under her left foot and pseudoarthrosis d efect of the left tibia. The difficulty to make a correct diagnosis of NF1 in an infant with no parents with NF1 is discussed.
