The samples of high T-c Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductor with F element were p
repared by using BaF2, CuF2, YF3 instead of BaO, CuO, Y2O3 respectivel
y, The substitutive ratio was about 45%, The zero-resistance temperatu
re was 82.5 similar to 93.5 K, By means of X-ray powder diffraction, i
nfrared spectroscopy, difference thermal analysis, the structure and s
tability of the samples were investigated, The preliminary results sho
w that only small amount of F element entered the superconductive phas
e, and made the stability of the high T-c Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductor wit
h F element increasing greatly in the environment of water vapor and c
arbon dioxide.
