Based on hydrothermal synthesis of BaZrO3, a series of solid electroly
tes were prepared, The phase, grain size and dopant-containing ratios
of the products were characterized by the techniques such as XRD, SEM,
IR, Al-27 MAS NMR and chemical analysis, The results indicated that t
he phase is cubic perovskite-type BaZrO3, the products show polycrysta
lline powders in which grain sizes are 3 similar to 5 mu m Moreover, u
nder the hydrothermal conditions in this paper, the dopant-containing
ratios of the products are similar to that of starting feedings.
