Abstract
The new coordinatively unsaturated clusters [Pt3Ir(mu-CO)(3)(CO)(mu-dp pm)(3)](+) and [Pt3Ir(mu-CO)(3) {P(OPh)(3)}(mu-dppm)(3)](+) are fluxio nal, butterfly clusters with iridium at a wingtip position. (C) 1997 E lsevier Science Ltd.
