I present an algebraic model and the relevant computing code for the a
nalysis of low-energy spectra and electromagnetic properties of nuclei
with an odd number of neutrons and/or protons within the framework of
the Interacting Boson-Fermion Model (IBFM), taking explicitly into ac
count the isospin degree of freedom. Some results for odd-mass and dou
bly-odd nuclei in the shape-transitional region around A approximate t
o 100 will be shown and compared with the experimental data.
