V. Shtrauss, UNIFIED APPROACH AND TECHNIQUE TO PERFORMANCE OF MELLIN CONVOLUTION AND RELATED INTEGRAL-TRANSFORMS IN RELAXATION EXPERIMENTS, Meccanica, 32(3), 1997, pp. 251-258
A performance of direct and inverse integral transforms with kernels,
depending on the division or product of arguments is considered for th
e study of linear viscoelastic behaviour of solid materials. An approa
ch based on digital filtering logarithmically sampled relaxation measu
rement data is developed for carrying out the transforms. Examples of
performing Heaviside-Carson sine transform and an inherently ill-condi
tioned inversion for determining relaxation spectrum are represented.
