Abstract
Massive hemorrhage from an ileal conduit is rare. We report a patient who presented with massive recurrent hemorrhage from previously undiag nosed ileal conduit varices secondary to portal hypertension. Current methods for diagnosis and treatment of this rare but life threatening entity are discussed.
