Abstract
Reno-colo-cutaneous fistula due to genito-urinary tuberculosis is extr emely rare. We describe one such case which was successfully managed b y single stage surgery (nephroureterectomy, fistulectomy and primary r epair of colon) and antitubercular treatment.
