IRDA COMMUNICATION ENGINE FOR A DIGITAL S TILL CAMERA

IrDA communication engine which communicates among Viewcam still unit, digital still camera and digital color printer has been developed. It has realized, together with ASIC, the high-performance low-power-cons umption microcomputer. Because of an embedded type microcomputer, ROM/ RAM's are limited from the viewpoint of transaction time, and the shor tening of transaction time has been a key issue.
