Abstract
In this article the state-of-the-art of Open Tubular Liquid Chromatogr aphy (OTLC) is discussed. In OTLC separations are performed in capilla ries with an internal diameter of 5 to 10 mu m. Attention is given to the progress in the preparation of thick stationary phases in these ca pillaries and to detection. Various efficient separations on OTLC colu mns are shown.
