As. Komolov et al., LASER-DESORPTION OF NEUTRAL FRAGMENTS FROM THIN CORBATHIENE AND POLYTHIOPHENE FILMS, PHYSICS OF LOW-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURES, 7, 1997, pp. 49-53
Laser-induced desorption of neutral fragments from the surface of thin
organic corbathiene and polythiophene films is studied by means of ti
me-of-flight (TOF) mass-spectrometry. Desorption takes place under las
er excitation in the wavelength range corresponding to the pi-absorpti
on band of the organic films. The discussed processes of fragmentation
and fragment desorption are stimulated via photo-electronic excitatio
n of the large organic molecules.
