Abstract
Dependence of the values of rotational constants (B-e) of the group IA diatomic halides upon the electronegativity difference (Delta chi) of the constituent atoms [Indian J Pure & Appl Phys, 34 (1996) 47] has b een extended to diatomic halides of group IB, IIA, IIIA, IIIB, IVA and VA elements. It has been observed that the rotational constants of th e different halides exhibit a similar trend.
