Abstract
Polycrystalline sample of TlNaMoO4 has been prepared by high-temperatu re reaction technique, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) technique has be en used to check the formation of the single phase TlNaMoO4 compound. Studies of dielectric properties and hysteresis loop as a function of temperature (-100 to 150 degrees C) shows occurrence of two successive phase transitions in the ferroelectric phase.
