Abstract
The Fourier transform infrared spectrum of (CCH2)-C-12-C-13 recorded o n a Bomem DA 3.002 FTIR spectrometer at apodized resolution of 0.004 c m(-1) in the three micron region shows five vibrational-rotational ban ds, due to the transitions nu(3)(Sigma(+))<--Ground Slate GS(Sigma(+)) , nu(2)+nu(4)+nu(5)(Sigma(+))<--GS(Sigma(+)), nu(3)+nu(4)(pi))<--nu(4) (pi), nu(3)+nu(5)(pi)<--nu(5)(pi) and nu(1)(Sigma(+))<--GS(Sigma(+)), The line positions of all the observed vibrational-rotational transiti ons are presented in a comprehensive way. The rotational constants and centrifugal distortion constants of the upper and lower states involv ed in the transitions are also presented.
