Abstract
A new interface for coupling capillary electrophoresis (CE) to inducti vely coupled plasma spectrometry(ICP-AES) was developed. The interface was independent of the nebulizer, and can be easily connected with mi cro concentric nebulizer(MCN) and conventional pneumatic concentric ne bulizer(CPCN.), By CE-CPCN-ICP-AES and CE-MCN-ICP-AES, efficient separ ation of Cr3+ and Cr2O72- was obtained, and the sensitivity is satisfa ctory.
