rings are in equatorial positions. The best planes through the C atom
s of the two piperazine rings make a dihedral angle of 40.1(1)degrees.
The mean puckering amplitude for the piperazine moiety is 0.598(3)Ang
strom. The structure is stabilized by O-H ... N intermolecular hydroge
n bonding.
