The crystal structure of zvyagintsevite, Pd3Pb, has been re-examined u
sing a single-crystal fragment from the Konder ultramafic massif, Far-
Eastern Russia. The whole sphere of MoK alpha data was collected to 2
theta = 100 degrees, and the averaged and absorption-corrected unique
segment of data was refined to R = 2.3%. An awaruite-type structure is
confirmed, space group Pm (3) over bar m, with an a of 4.035(1) Angst
rom. On the basis of the single-crystal refinement, a fully indexed po
wder pattern has been calculated.
