Groin node dissection was done in an 80-year-old woman who had bilater
al groin metastasis from squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva, After t
his procedure, laparoscopic pelvic lymphadenectomy was performed becau
se of bilaterally positive groin nodes, Postoperatively, a strangulate
d femoral hernia occurred.
