Abstract
The paper considers the topological characteristics of dispersion func tions epsilon(s)(p) in energy bands in single crystals related to clas sical electron trajectories in uniform magnetic fields. Specifically, the topological properties of open trajectories in p-space on various energy levels within one energy band and related physical effects are described.
