Abstract
A study is made of the isotope exchange kinetics of tracer oxygen atom s between the gas phase and the CuO1-delta plane in the YBa2Cu3O7-delt a crystal under isochronous and isothermal annealing. The parameters o f the surface energy barrier for oxygen atoms are found. (C) 1997 Amer ican Institute of Physics.
