Abstract
The paper reports an experimental low-temperature study of the tempera ture-dependent behavior of the lattice constants, heat capacity, and t hermal conductivity of the AlN ceramic. The results obtained are compa red with the data available for the high-temperature region. The therm al expansion coefficient is found to be negative. (C) 1997 American In stitute of Physics.
