Abstract
A case of coronary arteriovenous fistulas as a possible cause of ventr icular arrhythmia is reported. The diagnosis of coronary arteriovenous fistulas was confirmed by coronary angiography and transesophageal ec hocardiography. The fistulas originated from the left coronary artery and drained into the left atrium.
