Abstract
We report the occurrence of bilateral foot-drop in a patient with anor exia nervosa. To the best of our knowledge this has not been reported previously. The underlying pathology was found to be peroneal nerve pa lsy probably related to mechanical pressure at the head of the fibula. Nutritional deficiency may also be implicated.
