Abstract
New experiences and observations, strange enough to awaken our attenti on, are emerging and accumulating in our time. They range from societa l tremors and spreading poverty to the formation of a global world eco nomy, and from economic and political crises and changes of earthly co nditions of life to the fast development of technology. Researchers an d philosophers in almost every field of study are talking about the pr esent time as a transition between two eras, or as a major shift of ou r worldviews and basic ideas.
