Abstract
Oligonucleotides were modified at their 5' or 3'-termini using a CPG-s upport carrying isoargentatin-D, taking advantage of suitable commerci al phosphoramidites to perform automated oligonucleotide synthesis in the 3'-->5' or 5'-->3' direction. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
