Abstract
We consider the physics motivations and prospects for the study of spi
n phenomena at future high energy accelerators. The possibilities of u
sing the already operating machines are also discussed. It is emphasiz
ed that the present status of QCD spin studies requires a wide range o
f spin measurements.
