Abstract
Cryopreservation of 37 samples of bone marrow using 10% dimethyl sulfo xide has determined the effect of crystallization on stem cell safety. End concentration of marrow cells under 40x10(6)/l and 15 degrees C d ifference of temperatures in the chamber and container with myelosuspe nsion in the course of crystallization create optimal conditions for l ong life of myelokaryocytes in their cryopreservation.
