Abstract
A 17-year-old girl had idiopathic long QT syndrome and suffered from r ecurrent syncopal spells, which were triggered by vigorous physical or emotional stress. She received left cervicothoracic sympathetic gangl ionectomy with thoracoscope through an intercostal approach which work ed satisfactorily. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
