Abstract
Bone histomorphometry is a valuable method to detect early histologica l characteristic modifications in monoclonal gammopathies of undetermi ned significance (MGUS). We report a case in which a malignant gammopa thy had induced bone changes noticeable on the biopsy 12 years before clinical evidence of the disease. This case emphasize the importance o f bone histomorphometry as a predictive tool for MGUS.
