It was established that the fungus colonies P. chrysogenum growth proc
eeds much faster in the optimum variable thermal regime that at any co
nstant temperature. From the practical point of view the oscillation t
emperature will permint to growth rate of fungus colonies and raise pr
oduction of antibiotic.
