Abstract
The authors report a keratitis fungal case due to Acremonium kiliense in a 73 year old man. Diagnosis was made after finding A. kiliense in the cornea and the right conjunctiva. Marked improvement occured after using ketoconazol and amphotericine B ocular instillation.
