Abstract
This paper provides a case study of a model for expanding natural fami ly planning (NFP) from a small local program to the national level thr ough the creation of a national association and the development of a p ublic-private partnership. The experience of the New Zealand Associati on of Natural Family Planning (NZANFP) is analyzed in terms of both th e benefits and barriers of using this model. Recommendations are given to guide others in developing a similar model.
