Abstract
A new equation for complex adsorption isotherms was developed by using a mathematical method well-known in control engineering. On the basis of this analogy, it is possible to describe the transitional region b etween Langmuir isotherms and isotherms following Henry's law. Develop ment and verification of the equation are based on experimental data o f the system zeolite DAY-ethanol-air.
