State-space formulas are derived for a family of controllers solving t
he nonlinear H-infinity state-feedback control problem. These controll
ers are obtained by interconnecting the 'central controller' with an a
symptotically stable, free system that satisfies one additional cascad
e condition. All proofs given are simple and clear, and also provide a
deeper insight into the synthesis of the corresponding linear H-infin
