Abstract
Showers with large zenith angles are observed in emulsion chambers exp osed at Mt. Kanbala. The intensity of high energy muons is given and t he multicore showers with large zenith angles are found. It is indicat ed that a new phenomenon may exist in the high energy nuclear interact ions of cosmic rays.
