Jm. Debierre et al., ENHANCED CONDUCTIVITY IN IONIC CONDUCTOR-INSULATOR COMPOSITES - EXPERIMENTS AND NUMERICAL-MODEL, Applied physics letters, 71(10), 1997, pp. 1335-1337
We study ionic conductivity of the model composites, copper(I) bromide
-titanium dioxyde, in a large domain of composition. The experimentall
y observed enhancement of conductivity is interpreted by a numerical m
odel taking into account grain size effects and interactions between i
onic conductor and insulator grains. (C) 1997 American Institute of Ph
