Abstract
After treatment with increased quantities of nitrogen and Azotobacter strains, activities of antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase, perox idase and catalase, content of chlorophylls and carotenoids, soluble p roteins and dry matter in leaves of sugar beet increased.
