Abstract
The applications of position-sensitive detectors to the radiometric de termination of multi-phase flow media are identified. The paper focuse s on the measurement of pneumatically conveyed solids. Interrogation u sing divergent and parallel-beam geometries is discussed using semicon ductor and scintillation detector configurations.
