Abstract
Propargylamine was immobilized via reaction with a chlorotrityl resin. This resin-bound terminal alkyne, in the presence of a copper (I) sal t, reacted with secondary amines and paraformaldehyde to afford the de sired Mannich adducts. Piperazines, piperidines and pyrrolidine were u sed to prepare compound libraries via solid phase parallel synthesis. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
