Abstract
Solid phase intramolecular Heck coupling allows the synthesis of 2-oxi ndoles. Additional diversity is introduced into the molecule by reduct ive alkylation prior to the Heck cyclisation and also by conjugate add ition of a variety of nucleophiles onto the cyclised product prior to cleavage.
