The thermal diffusivity of several samples of Nd0.67Sr0.33MnO3-delta w
as investigated in the temperature range 35 K < T < 350 K and is corre
lated with magnetization, resistivity and thermopower data. We find an
anomaly of the heat diffusivity D-T near 100 K which we attribute to
a temperature-induced canted metal-afm insulator transition, a second
anomaly in D-T(T) and a sign change in S(T) near 350 K which we assign
to the transition to paramagnetism.
