Abstract
Six erect colonies with proximal rejuvenated portions belonging to Idm idronea fraudulenta Ostrovsky & Taylor, 1996, Exidmonea arcuata Ostrov sky Sc Taylor, 1996 and Entalophoroecia cf. rogickiana (Androsova, 196 8) are described in detail. This is the first report of rejuvenation i n colonies of Recent Tubuliporida. Conditions in which rejuvenation mi ght occur are discussed as well as some terminological problems concer ning this phenomenon.
