At. Altyntsev et al., THE OBSERVATIONS OF SOLAR MICROWAVE-BURSTS AT THE SIBERIAN SOLAR RADIO TELESCOPE WITH 56-MILLISECOND RESOLUTION, Astronomy and astrophysics, 287(1), 1994, pp. 256-260
It has become possible to investigate fine time structure of bursts at
the SSRT radio interferometer through the use of the method of multif
requency reception by means of the acousto-optical receiver. We offer
a technique for estimating the size of radio sources smaller than the
beam width. By considering an example of the event of February 18, 199
2, in the impulsive burst evolution we identified time structure of va
riation of its size with growth rates of up to 560 km s-1 and typical
times of a few seconds.
