Abstract
Procedure of tape casting by the doctor blade method for Sr0.65La0.35T i0.65Co0.35O3 which shows maximum value of dielectric constant in the system Sr1-xLaxTi1-xCoxO3 (0.20 less than or equal to x less than or e qual to 0.40) has been described. Dielectric behaviour and microstruct ure of the tape have been studied.
