Abstract
In title cycloadditions microwave irradiation improves product yields and reduces dramatically reaction times in comparison with classical h eating with and without refluxing solvents. In the double cycloadditio n of nitrile oxides to anthracene a selectivity in favour of unsymmetr ical bis-cycloadduct is observed.
