Abstract
A case of pseudoaneurysm of the pulmonary artery due to squamous cell bronchial carcinoma is reported. This complication of bronchial carcin oma has not been described previously. The patient presented with seve re haemoptysis and the diagnosis was made using CT and pulmonary angio graphy. The pulmonary artery feeding the aneurysm was embolized with t ungsten coils. Haemoptysis ceased following this intervention.
