Abstract
Patients suffering from Karposi's sarcomas because of the aquired immu ne deficiency syndrome (AIDS) can be treated systemically or Karposi's sarcomas can be irradiated locally. Palliative radiation therapy has very little side effects; the results are good, the average duration o f remission is 3 months. Indications and results of irradiation are sh own in a young male patient with AIDS suffering from disseminated Karp osi's sarcomas.
